Who would have thought I would have a bad experience at a car wash. It felt like I was in a drive through when I pulled up there was two people helping one lady out I was fine with that. But I guess the man was talking to much to see me 3 minutes later a car pulls up and he takes that person at this point. I roll back words and go to the one in Carmel. I felt disappointed 😢
I've worked at Crew Carwash for a couple of years. My coworkers were so enjoyable and kind. It got busy sometimes but we worked together and tried our best to provide the best services. I'm also an unlimited customer and am satisfied with it. If anything is dirty, I can always ask and they do their best to clean, but typically I don't need to. The fastwax is so helpful!

My wheel bumper fell off during a wash and they refused to give me back my car part! Literally they have my car part and told me I can’t retrieve it until I bring back a missing car part from someone else’s vehicle they think I took!
Could have used the prespray around the front that I asked for, but there's a good reason to take advantage of the $19.98 3-mth special for unlimited washes!
I used coupon for $17 wash. The young woman directing vehicles inside was not on her job. Clearly, my wheels were not aligned with the tracks and she failed to inform me. She kept telling me to come forward. My car would not due to being off track. When I pushed on gas, she said stop. When I asked what the happened, she said it was because I had my foot on the brake when that was clearly not the issue. If she doesn't want to be there, then she should just take a break or quit. Not the right job for her. I have never had this issue before.
High pressure to buy the unlimited wash club and clerks who don't know what they're doing.
Wish it was still a Mike's. Just not a good wash anymore. But I do like the unlimited washes. Can't be a bad wash if you wash everyday. Lol!
Employees need more training how to better problem solve when there is an issue with one patrons car, rather than holding the line for a ridiculously long time. If you are in the unlimited line you are trapped, therefore leaving no opportunity to leave if necessary. This has taken place multiple times now, and there should be a better system in place for such occurrences. Thanks
